The
project involves the renovation and refurbishment of the HARA hotel in Chalkida.
The building has six floors with a total area of 2000m2.
The project began in April 2006 and was completed in six months. The total budget
was approximately 700.000,00 euros.
The project invoved amonst other operations:
General repair and
renovation. Changes in the Architectural Arrangements.
Replacement of the
water and sewage piping.
Replacement of the
heating installation
Replacement of the
elevators.
Restoration of the
coatings. Interior ans exterion paintings.
Replacement of the
internal wooden doors and the external aluminium doors and windows.
Repair bearing structural
elements had been damaged due humidity etc.
Construction of heat
insulation and waterproofing on the terrace. Replacement of the gutters.
Repair and strengthening
