It is building complex of ten luxurious two-storey maisonettes with roof, basement
and garden in Nea Artaki.All the maisonettes feature an amazing view to the
Northern Euboean Gulf.
The construction began in the fall of 2007 and the first maisonettes are already completed. The complex will be completed gradually by 2013.
