The project includes the creation of a square in the area in front of the Temple
of Agia Paraskevi, in one of the most historical places of Chalkida, on the
site where the old factory of ASAX was built.
The construction works consist of the formation of the landscape, the construction
of stonework and pergolas, the placing of marble layers the planting of trees
and grass and various other tasks that turned the place into one of the most
beautiful town squares.
The budget is 600.000,00 euros. The project began in late 2006 and was completed
in early 2008.
