The
project includes the design and construction of the strengthening interventions
of the a three-storey building in Neo Iraklio, Athens.
The strengthening interventions involve the construction of new shear-walls and the repair of existing structural elements that were incorrectly strengthened after the 1999 Athens earthquake.
The construction began
in June 2009 and was completed in approximately one month.
