The project includes the strengthening of an 8-storey existing R/C building with jacketing with new steel reinforcement and shotcrete of all the columns and most of the beams, so that the building complies with modern seismic standards. The project also includes interventions in the foundation with the enlargement of all the footings and the introduction of tie beams between them, as well as limited interventions in the slabs for the prevention of corrosion.
The budget of the project is 200,000.00€ and the construction was completed in 3 moths (April to July of 2014).
