This is the seismic retrofit of an 8-storey reinforced concrete hotel with a total area of approximately 8,500 m\u00b2 in Chalkida. The strengthening was primarily carried out using reinforced concrete jackets (shotcrete and cast-in-situ) on over four hundred columns and some of the beams. Simultaneously, interventions were made at specific locations of the building using other strengthening methods such as new RC shear walls or FRP fabrics and laminates, due to architectural and operational reasons.<\/p>\n

The budget of the project was approx. 900.000\u20ac and the works were carried out between November 2022 and July 2023.<\/p>\n<\/div>
