The project involves the seismic evaluation and the design of the strengthening interventions of 3-storey RC building in Glyfada, Athens. The design of strengthning was done employing the nonlinear static methods of SeismoBuild<\/strong>, and the checks were all carried out according to EC8-Part 3.<\/p>\n

The design was carried out in 2019 and the strengthening proposal involved the construction of several large RC shear walls and the strengthening of several existing vertical members either with RC jackets or FRP wrapping.<\/p>\n<\/div>
