The project involves the construction of a new supermarket with an area of approximately 5,000 m² in Neos Kosmos, Athens. The building has a parking area on two levels (basement and ground floor), as well as a two-story sales area (first and second floor). The works included the construction of the temporary earth-retaining structures with excavations up to about 12m high.

The budget amounted to around €8,000,000.00, and the works were completed in just 8.5 months, between May and December 2022.

These are four separate project for the expansion of four supermarket stores (in Argiroupoli, Rio Patras, Chalkida, and Nea Lampsakos) by 80-100 m² approximately, in order to create packaging recycling facilities. The projects included all necessary works to ensure that the facilities are ready for operation upon delivery, including the construction of the load-bearing structure, as well as all building and electromechanical works.

The total budget of all four projects amounted to approximately €1,200,000, and the works were completed within three months (from December 2023 to February 2024) without interrupting the operation of the stores.

The project involves the construction of a new steel building and a concrete fire protection water tank at an industrial facility in Aliveri, Evia. In addition to the construction of the foundation and the steel framework, the project included the construction of perimeter walls with polyurethane panels, as well as the installation of industrial roller shutters and doors.

The total project budget was €550,000€ and the works were carried out between September and December 2023.

The project includes the maintenance and retrofit works on a logistics warehouse of total area more than 35,000 m² in Thiva. The works included the inspection of the steel frame of the building, checks of the connections, replacement of some steel members, addition of new members plates or anchor, the application of corrosion protection, the restoration of the fire-resistant paint and repairs to the fire protection system.

The works were carried out in February 2024 without interrupting the operation of the warehouse.

Temporary support works using steel frames and construction of a protective steel canopy for the preservation of the Klonaridis Villa in Patissia, Athens, which suffered severe damage after a fire in 2020.

The budget amounted to €220,000, and the works were completed within three months in early 2022.

Works for the development of interior and exterior spaces at an industrial facility in Evia. The works include the construction of epoxy flooring over an area of approximately 2,500 m², the construction of a steel canopy, the repair of corrosion damage to columns, various interior construction works (drywall installations, insulation, tile and laminate flooring installations, door replacements, painting, etc.), and exterior landscaping (curb installation, parking area line painting, manhole repairs, grass grid installation, automatic irrigation, etc.).

The works have been carried out gradually since February 2022, and the total budget to date is 163.000€.

The project involves the renovation of a commercial store in Thiva. The store have a total area of more than 1100 square meters, and consists of five floors, including a basement and the construction works were completed in 45 days, between October and December 2024.
