The project involves works that have been carried out to repair damaged reinforced concrete columns and beams of the hotel, due to corrosion. The repair of the members was done with repair cementitious mortars and anti-corrosion coating. Apart from the structural interventions, various other restoration works were carried out as part of a general upgrading of the hotel building.
