The project involves the seismic evaluation and the design of the strengthening interventions of 5-storey RC building in Pireas. The design of strengthning was done employing the nonlinear static methods of SeismoBuild, and the checks were all carried out according to EC8-Part 3.
The design was carried out in 2020 and the retrofit proposal involved the strengthening of several existing vertical members either with RC jackets or FRP wrapping.
